Terms of Service

Tynoc Tech exists to help students and early-career talent grow with real, hands-on experience — and we want you to feel safe and confident the whole way through. We are committed to being honest and transparent about how our platform works, including our fees, so there are never hidden surprises.

• Applying to and joining an internship or program is always free — you are never charged to learn, do the work, or receive feedback;
• Any paid service is optional, clearly priced before you pay, and only for documents and verification you choose;
• The work you complete and the skills you gain are yours to keep, whether or not you buy any optional service;
• We protect your data with reasonable security measures and keep backups of key records such as issued certificates;
• If anything ever feels unclear or unfair, you can reach a real person on our team and we will do our best to make it right.

By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By using the Platform you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile or applications;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization;
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that contains malware;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data about other users without consent;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

The Platform lets you discover and apply to internships, programs, and opportunities. Submitting an application does not create any employment relationship and does not guarantee selection, placement, an interview, or an offer. Decisions regarding applications are made by the relevant program owners, employers, or partners.

Where opportunities are offered by third-party employers or partners, your interactions with them may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

We believe in being clear about money before you invest your time. Applying to and joining an internship or program on the Platform is free. We do not charge an application fee, a joining fee, or any fee to complete tasks, submit work, or receive feedback during the program.

Separately, we offer optional paid services related to documents and verification. These are add-on services you may choose after completing your work; they are never required to participate in or finish an internship. Optional paid services may include:

• Issuing, generating, and downloading your official certificate;
• Hosting and maintaining a verifiable record of your certificate so it can be confirmed by employers and third parties;
• Generating or downloading other formal documents where offered (such as a Letter of Recommendation);
• Related verification and document services provided through the Platform.

Any fee is a charge for these document and verification services and the ongoing cost of hosting and verifying them — it is not a charge for the internship, the learning, or your completed work, which remain free. The price of any optional service is shown to you before you pay, and you are free to complete the internship without purchasing anything.

Where a fee applies, it is payable in advance through our payment provider and, unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees for documents that have already been generated or issued are non-refundable. We may change our optional service prices from time to time; any change applies only to future purchases.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload, including your resume, cover letters, profile details, and application materials ("Your Content"). You grant Tynoc Tech a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Platform to you — for example, to generate documents, run resume checks, and submit your applications.

The Platform, including its software, design, text, and logos, is owned by Tynoc Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred to you.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (such as sign-in providers and employers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in employment, placement, or any particular outcome.

We work hard to keep the Platform running, but we cannot promise it will always be available. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable or interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, updates, server or network failures, outages at our hosting or third-party providers, security incidents, or other events, some of which are outside our control.

• We may place the Platform into maintenance mode at any time, with or without notice, to protect or improve the service;
• We are not liable for any loss, delay, or inconvenience arising from downtime, maintenance, outages, or technical glitches;
• Temporary unavailability does not entitle you to compensation, and does not extend or change any program timeline unless we say so;
• Where an outage affects a paid document service, we will make reasonable efforts to complete it once service is restored.

Certificates and documents issued through the Platform can normally be confirmed online using our verification page. Online verification is a convenience feature and depends on the Platform being available, so it may be temporarily unavailable during downtime, maintenance, or an outage. We are not responsible for any loss arising from verification being temporarily unavailable.

If online verification is down when you need it, we offer a backup: you can request manual verification by email at hello@tynoc.tech. Include your certificate or document ID and we will confirm its authenticity offline within a reasonable time. This ensures a genuine certificate can still be verified even if the online service is temporarily interrupted.

We take the security of your information seriously and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, including access controls, encryption in transit, and regular backups of key records such as issued certificates. Our approach to your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

However, no online service, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure or immune to failure. In the rare event of a server failure, data corruption, or data loss, we will use reasonable efforts to restore affected records from our backups, but we cannot guarantee that all data can be recovered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tynoc Tech is not liable for any loss of, or inability to access, data resulting from events outside our reasonable control. We encourage you to keep your own copies of important documents you download.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tynoc Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or profits, arising from your use of the Platform.

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
