Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Applicant & Candidate Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By using the Platform you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile or applications;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization;
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that contains malware;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data about other users without consent;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

The Platform lets you discover and apply to internships, programs, and opportunities. Submitting an application does not create any employment relationship and does not guarantee selection, placement, an interview, or an offer. Decisions regarding applications are made by the relevant program owners, employers, or partners.

Where opportunities are offered by third-party employers or partners, your interactions with them may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload, including your resume, cover letters, profile details, and application materials ("Your Content"). You grant Tynoc Tech a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Platform to you — for example, to generate documents, run resume checks, and submit your applications.

The Platform, including its software, design, text, and logos, is owned by Tynoc Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred to you.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (such as sign-in providers and employers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in employment, placement, or any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tynoc Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or profits, arising from your use of the Platform.

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
