- Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo, provided directly or through a sign-in provider (Google, GitHub, LinkedIn).
- Profile and career data — resumes, cover letters, skills, and other materials you create or upload.
- Usage data — pages you view, features you use, and actions you take on the Platform.
- Technical data — device, browser, IP address, and cookies used to keep you signed in and secure the Platform.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain your dashboard and the tools within it;
- Process job and internship applications you choose to submit;
- Generate documents such as resumes, cover letters, offer letters, and certificates;
- Communicate with you about your account, applications, and updates;
- Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Platform;
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires it, we process your personal data on the bases of performing our contract with you (providing the Platform), your consent (which you may withdraw), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Platform), and compliance with legal obligations.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as theme). We do not use these cookies to track you across unrelated websites.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
