• Profile and career data — resumes, cover letters, skills, and other materials you create or upload.
• Usage data — pages you view, features you use, and actions you take on the Platform.
• Technical data — device, browser, IP address, and cookies used to keep you signed in and secure the Platform.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain your dashboard and the tools within it;
• Process job and internship applications you choose to submit;
• Generate documents such as resumes, cover letters, offer letters, and certificates;
• Communicate with you about your account, applications, and updates;
• Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Platform;
• Comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires it, we process your personal data on the bases of performing our contract with you (providing the Platform), your consent (which you may withdraw), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Platform), and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Program owners, employers, or partners when you apply to their opportunities;
• Service providers that host our infrastructure and send email on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations;
• Authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as theme). We do not use these cookies to track you across unrelated websites.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. We also keep regular backups of key records, such as issued certificates, so they can be restored if a technical failure occurs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and no backup can guarantee full recovery, so while we use reasonable efforts to restore data after a server failure or outage, we cannot guarantee absolute security or that all data can be recovered.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly from your profile settings or by contacting us.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection.

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from such children.

If you apply to, or are considered for, an internship, program, or opportunity on the Platform, we process additional information in connection with your application:

• Application materials — resume/CV, cover letter, portfolio links, and answers to application questions;
• Application activity — the roles you apply to, your enrollment status (pending, approved, rejected, completed), assigned tasks, and submissions;
• Assessment output — advisory results generated by tools you use, such as the ATS resume checker.

We use this data to review and evaluate applications, communicate about your status, manage enrollment and tasks, and generate offer letters, appointment letters, and certificates. Any automated score (for example from the ATS checker) is advisory only and does not by itself decide the outcome of an application — human reviewers make placement decisions.

When you apply to an opportunity, your application is shared with the relevant program owner, employer, or partner so they can evaluate your candidacy, and their use of your data is subject to their own privacy practices. You can review or update your materials from your profile and withdraw a pending application at any time. We retain application data as long as needed to administer any program you join and to keep issued certificates verifiable, except where a longer period is required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
