Applicant & Candidate Privacy Notice

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This notice explains how Tynoc Tech handles the personal information of applicants and candidates who apply to internships, programs, and opportunities through the Platform. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.

1. Who this notice applies to

This notice applies to anyone who applies to, or is considered for, an internship, program, or opportunity listed on the Platform (an "applicant" or "candidate"). It describes the data we process specifically in connection with your application.

2. Information we collect from applicants

  • Identity and contact details — your name, email address, and phone number;
  • Application materials — resume/CV, cover letter, portfolio links, and answers to application questions;
  • Eligibility and background information you choose to provide;
  • Application activity — the roles you apply to, your enrollment status (pending, approved, rejected, completed), assigned tasks, and submissions;
  • Assessment output — results generated by tools you use, such as ATS resume checks.

3. How we use applicant data

We use applicant and candidate data to:

  • Receive, review, and evaluate your applications;
  • Match you with suitable programs and communicate about your status;
  • Manage enrollment, tasks, and submissions once you are accepted;
  • Generate offer letters, appointment letters, and certificates;
  • Verify certificates you have earned;
  • Maintain records and comply with legal obligations.

4. Automated evaluation tools

Some tools on the Platform, such as the ATS resume checker, analyze the text you submit to produce a score or suggestions. These tools are provided to help you improve your materials. Any score is advisory, does not by itself decide the outcome of an application, and human reviewers make placement decisions.

5. Sharing with program owners and employers

When you apply to an opportunity, the information in your application is shared with the relevant program owner, employer, or partner so they can evaluate your candidacy. Their use of your data is subject to their own privacy practices.

6. Retention of application data

We retain your application data for as long as needed to assess your candidacy, administer any program you join, and issue and verify certificates. Where you withdraw an application or your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize application data except where retention is required for legal or record-keeping purposes (for example, to keep issued certificates verifiable).

7. Your choices and rights

  • You can review and update your application materials from your profile;
  • You can withdraw a pending application at any time;
  • You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your applicant data;
  • You can object to or restrict certain processing, where the law provides that right.

8. Data security

We apply appropriate safeguards to protect applicant data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, consistent with the measures described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Contact
